Return & Refund Policy – Elaf Cosmetics

At Elaf Cosmetics, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality standards for all our products. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care items, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to maintain product safety and hygiene for all our customers.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be sealed and in resalable condition

  • Be returned with the original invoice

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Leaking

  • Incorrect

In such cases, Elaf Cosmetics will:

  • Arrange for the return of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Cover all return shipping costs

  • Provide a replacement product after inspecting the returned item

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Elaf Cosmetics will cover the return shipping fees.

  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid using Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via Bank Transfer only after:

  • The returned item is received

  • The item is inspected and approved by our quality team

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanged products must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be sealed

  • Be accompanied by the original invoice

6. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via bank transfer.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Products without an invoice

  • Products that have been tampered with
