At Elaf Cosmetics, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information regarding order processing and delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 working day of order confirmation.
Orders are processed and shipped on all working days except Fridays.
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

Cairo & Giza: 1–2 working days

Other Governorates: 2–4 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
3. Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of 75 EGP is applied to all orders below 1000 EGP.

Orders above 1000 EGP qualify for Free Shipping.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times.
Customers are requested to ensure availability and answer phone calls from the courier to avoid delivery failure.
5. Failed Deliveries
If the delivery fails after 3 attempts due to:

No response to courier calls

Incorrect address or phone number
The order will be automatically canceled.
Customers who fail to receive their orders may be required to place prepaid orders for future purchases.
6. Order Tracking
Customers will receive order updates and delivery notifications via WhatsApp after shipment confirmation.
7. Delivery Delays
Elaf Cosmetics shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:
