Customers who refuse delivery of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order without valid reason may be required to place prepaid orders for future purchases.

  • Refuse COD service for future orders

  • Restrict or cancel future orders from customers who repeatedly refuse delivery

Elaf Cosmetics shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the provided contact details are incorrect or unreachable.

Elaf Cosmetics shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
